## Operating principle
Our machine is a premium product, for which we hold the patent, that combines hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and automation systems and works by pressing from above. It does not impair the texture, colour or flavour of the product. Thanks to its water-spray nozzle system, it can form even very sticky products. Its stainless steel hydraulic pistons allow it to reach high pressures.
